I was doing solely pressure washing, but recently added lawn care and realized:
1. It's more repeat business and also quicker to build up lawn care clients
2. You wash a house for between $150 and $300 and the job last about 1hr to about 4hrs. I can also do driveways $70 and up, sidewalks $60 and up withing 45 minutes, and fences 150 and up within 2-4 hours.
3. With lawn care you drive here and there for about an average of $35 per lot. 4. Pressure washing is one location not that much travel required therefore not worrying about gas and chemical that much.
So I guess my question goes out to the experienced or to those who know something about pressure washing as to which one is a more beneficial in the long run. My biggest concern is I don't want to get tied up with one and can't do the other.
