I am not sure this is the place to ask. I have a customer that has a litlle zoysia mixed in with his fescue/kbg. I am in ny, so obviously the zoysia has turned yellow. He does not want to get rid of the zoysia till next fall. He asked me if i could use a dye on the zoysia, to get another month of green to match the fescue/kbg. Has anyone here done this? Does it look ok? Let me know. Thanks.

if he wants to get rid of the zoysia by next fall you should probably start now.

But if its yellow, its dormant, and untouchable right?

Thats the case for Bermuda anyway. One of our state universities mentions using roundup as a 'selective" herbicide on Bermuda lawns while they're dormant.
