Lawn & Landscape mag-how customers perceive us

    For those of us who are always working hard to improve how customers and the general public public views landscape service providers, it was encouraging to see that the majority of residential and commercial customers actually percieve us as becoming more professional over the past 10 years.
    I was actually surprised at the high % that have a good opinion of our industry. Looks like we are making progress in this area....thank God.
    Lawnsite certainly has helped many of us run the business like its a for-real business. Lets all keep working hard to raise the perception even further

    Any other observations you have have from that article?

    Good news Gary...unfortunately by the time the general public's perception of us is where it should be, I'll be in a senior citizen's home...wait, that isn't too far away LOL.
