I am selling my lawn/landscaping company in NE Ohio (Canfield Ohio 44406) I have 70 weekly mowing customers all within a 10 mile radius with the exception of multi-acre lots. My mowing routs are the best around. All my laws are very close and most of my customers have been with me for years. My business is primarily in lawn mowing and I do landscaping also, but not the primary income for my company.

I started my company when I was 16 (i'm now 29) and have supported my family with it for the last 7 years. I have put my heart and soul into this and it's robbing me from the time I want to spend with my family. Its impossible for me separate work from home (my office is in my house and my shop is in my back yard) I love the work, but want out of the owner operator thing.

The gross revenue is 90k and I have 20k in trucks and equipment. 60k of the company income is from mowing and cleanups the rest is from side work.

Here is a list of my equipment:

1999 3500 Chevy with a stainless EZDumper dump bed (210k miles)
    2000 2500HD Chevy with a 8' Western Poly plow and a Bri-Mar dump (139k miles)

Both trucks are well kept and run awesome for the years. No major dents with some rust starting. Both are great running work trucks.

2009 Toro 60" 27hp Kholer with 1400 hrs and bagging unit
N/A eXmark HP 52" 23hp Kholer with 1900 hours on it

Both mowers run awesome and are very well maintained

Two trailers a 16' and a 12' both tandem axles.

Please let me know if you have any interest.

I'm starting it at $90K and am open to negotiating offers.

I will not finance anyone. I have heard to many bad things when guys do it.

You can email me at davidjohn03@att.net

    Thanks guys

Do you work solo? Have one helper?

Why not make him a crew leader and add a helper.

Point is Whether having a helper will give you normal hours. Or have a crew leader with a helper. This way you only have to be there to help with the big jobs and you then can slide over to doing more management sales work.

Point is you are grossing $90,000. If your costs are $15,000. You need to get a job paying $75,000.

How easy is that for you to get a $75,000 a year job?

I would be interested in buying all your equipment... Mowing accounts are hard to sell around here. If you can't seem to sell as a package I will buy your equipment..

I have a full time helper. My take home was 35k. But as you know that the company has perks in rite-offs so its more comfortable than 35k.

I will sell the accounts separate from the equipment but the accounts have to sell first. I can't have all my accounts without the tools to do em' :)
