Working with the schools/states insurance company. They are making me jump through hoops. Like go get us two estimates……blah…blah…..blah. The adjuster said it can take up to 6 weeks before he can issue a check. It has to go to this desk,then that desk,then another desks for approval. So I filed it with my insurance company and they had a check cut in two days. I’ll get reimbursed from the school system. I can’t go over a month without my trailer. I’d be on CNN with a headline. Owner of landscaping company goes postal…🫠

School bus hit my daughters car several yrs ago. I found out right quick it was gonna be more hassle than it was worth trying to deal with them. Funny thing though, it was also a hit and run. As far as I know that bus driver is still driving a bus to. I ended up just paying to get daughters car fixed out of my pocket. She was 16, and I was already paying a real high insurance since I had 2 teens on my policy.

Update. Trailer shop wants $1k to even order the new axel for the trailer. That’s not including the fender,labor,shop materials and tax. Not to mention I’m having to rent a trailer every day to service my accounts. Are y’all ready for this? The dealer that has my trailer charged me $145.00 for a estimate….

I’ve already involved them. They issued me a check that’s almost $1k short of the price to fix the trailer. Still waiting on that check to arrive in the mail.

Thats just boots on the ground holding on to your money for as long as possible.

They may keep saying they need a statement from their insured ( the school corp/ driver)

If anyone has a signature on anything pokice report etc....then it is perjury to change it now.

Your business is suffering for the tempirary loss of the trailer.

I worked in construction...part of it subbing for fire restoration. Its a crooked business i soon rid myself of and went back to honest work

They will litwrally play phone tag until it starts to get expensive. Phone them 3x a day
