Any of you guys buy this product? Do they send your monthly newsletters that you can mail out to your clients. I have not received any yet. I have e-mailed but got no response yet. If you have gotten your newsletters let me know if not post it so people wont buy their product.

Their customer service is horrible. My computer crashed in nov. I e-mailed called sent a ticket no response. I think I;m gonna buy Gropher. I posted a thread on lawn service forum, warning people not to buy. That forum is sponsored by them. They don't even care to try and rebutt my thread, saying stay and don'r buy. Sorry about your problems. hopefully you won't need any customer service.

Lawn pro and gopher both suck. We bought them both and didn’t like ether one of them. They both had good points but over all they weren’t worth a flip. We finally broke down and bought QuickBooks 2 or 3 years ago and been extremely happy ever since.

Gopher is a good entrance program but eventually you get to the point where you need something more advanced. Im going to try Landscape Pro this summer this summer and she if I like that.

I'd like to ask which features you guys mostly use in Lawn Pro and Gopher. I assume in Quickbooks everyone uses the invoicing and perhaps the inventory. We're considering adding more features to our online software and would really appreciate your input. Our main feature right now is tracking jobs through text messaging but think there are other important features that we may lack.
