Lawn problem

    A client of mine has a lawn that is doing poorly. New turf that was installed last spring has thinned out and is barely growing. I was going to fertilize it but he has spread new grass seed over the whole lawn. (spread on top of the soil) Will fertilizer burn the new seed? :canadaflag:

    No, I mean, for anyone up north I would say it's still early in the season,
    probably be another 2-4 weeks before it starts taking off on its own.

    Because even here in Virginia things are still a bit sporadic, some have taken off, others are still half-zzzz

    put straight fert down, nothing with any herbicide. something like 15-15-15 is good for what you need
