I need a 21 inch mower, thats able to cut on hills with out burning out. Another Landscaper recomends I get a lawnboy 21incher for this job. Does anyone have any info on this mower or any suggestions for me on cutting steep graded hills..

That sounds like a good idea, get a Lawnboy 2 cycle. There are a couple of other companies that make the 2 cycle 21 inch mowers, I think one of them is Suzuki, thats the only one I can think of. Sorry, this isnt much help, but the Lawnboy is probably your best bet, besides a Weedeater of course.....;)

Been using Lawn Boy's for over 22 years. Get a staggered wheel commercial push.

They run about $600 but will last you a long, LONG time!

One shortcoming is that they only cut about 3 1/8" at the highest setting.

They have a big 1+ gallon fuel tank for all day (or week) between fillups.

They're only about 80 lbs too! Nice and light!

What about the 3 speed. Lawnboy; Is this as good as the push mower.

Never had a self propelled push mower before.

I only use it for a trim mower/pool mower/small, small grass area mower. Self propelled in these areas is just a hinderance and adds about 10-15 lbs that I don't want to lift. Not to mention over $100 more money.

Plus its a lot more to go wrong. I like things SIMPLE. K-I-S-S :D
