I have a friend who has a 2004 Exmark Lazer HP and the discharge side spindle went out. I am having a hard time finding one online with the oem# that the parts list gives. I have been to several websites looking but have yet come up with nothing. The number is 103-8319, that is the complete spindle assembly. Any help finding one would be appreciated....

Try J Thomas Distributors 800-828-7980 they have it. They also have a website, can't remember it though. Just bought one last week.

Is it the whole spindle or just the bearings. My lazer hp right side went out few months back and the stealer wanted 225 for one. I took it to my local snapper/dixie chopper dealer and he put me in new bearings for 38 bucks and it has given me zero problems. This is another reason I won't buy a new Exmark, they think their parts are gold plated!

Thanks for the replies. We found one locally and you were right about it being gold plated. My friend damaged the spindle housing when he was removing the bearing so he had to replace the whole shooting match minus the bolt. First one he changed and it was a expensive learning experince for him. Agin hanks for the help...
