Currently I do most of my clean ups when most of the leaves have dropped. (Usually Early to Mid Nov.) I was wondering if any of you guys pick up the leaves when they start to fall during the weekly mowing and charging them extra for this service that way their yard is always clear of leaves after your visit. Is this easy to sell and if so how much more $$$ would you tack on to the mowing cost? Thanks.

I stop weekly mowing Oct 15 and then go to bi-weekly mowing/leaf cleanup, billed hourly, until Mid Nov. I've seen so much damage to lawns from people letting the leaves pile up. Besides, there's no way I'd be able to get to everyone before the first snow (around Thanksgiving) if I waited until all the leaves were down. After all my regular customers are done, then I work on the cleanup only customers.
