I am going to soon be employing some Spanish workers. They do not know much English and I know a small amount of Spanish. I would like to learn more but do not have the time to sit down and take a class. Anyone have any good books they have worked or audio they have listened too that actually worked.

I'm sure your workers will attempt to learn English and you are wise to learn and understand more Spanish and the culture of your employees. An inexpensive book, that will help both ways is published by Treegator. I have shared many of these with contractors and their employees. I order my copies from Nancy at AM Leonard, but you may be able to find them anywhere Treegators are sold.
