Lesco Leaf Loader, Hose and Housing Value?

So I bought a leaf loader about a month ago.

Got a good deal on it as it basically has a new motor, so ultimately I paid for the motor.

Now, the housing is shot and it had no hose.

Luckily, my brother-in-law has a lesco loader that broke the shaft and impeller. The housing is in awesome shape compared to the one I bought.

He offered me a cheap price for the tube and housing, that comes with a tailgate mount bracket.

But, I want to make sure that I pay him fairly.

So what do you think a used hose (8') and good used housing is worth?

It's about as good as this one pictured (but not the one I'm looking at.)
