We started to use protrim this year. It is clear we don't know what we are doing...no instructions with the Protrim. I used it at 2oz per gal on Lugustrums in spring and it burned off new growth when used at 80F. So I cut back to 1oz. per gal and frankly I don't see any results. Is this a growth inhibitor or is it supposed to burn off the new growth. When I seen the burned growth I was afraid to continue at the high rate, but maybe that is how it is supposed to work?
