I recently bought a lesco 36 with a seized engine, i ended up buying a used briggs 17.5hp electric start.

I've got everything pretty much wired up except for the CARBURETOR wire that runs along with the LEAD wire from the engine.

Can someone tell me where to run this FUEL PUMP wire?

Well for starters its not a fuel pump. Its a fuel shutoff solenoid. You will need to send power to it whenever you want the engine to run and shut the power off when you kill the engine.
