leveling and grading

    what attachment to skid steers do you guys use to level and grade topsoil jobs, average residential size properties?

    I use a tractor now with attachments, but when I used a skid I would run a harley rake over the ground to till it up so da speak, then I would put the finish grade on with an eliminator. Its kind of like a scarifier, those two combined usually left a real nice finish, without to much raking. Just have a harely behind a tractor now, seems to do a better job, just like it more. I would look into an elimanor though. Think I bought mine new for around fifteen hundred. Comes in hand for ripping out viny shrubs and ripping out ground spreading junipers too.
