liabilty insurance. Who do you contact about getting that. I wanna get this.
start with your auto,or home owners agent.
How much does it typically cost for liability insurance?
I would call an insurance company....but thats just me
Your rate is going to vary according to your location, number of employees, type of work performed
Fore me my rate for $1M is $1600 per year while a good solo buddy of mine has $500k for just over $400
Fantasy, what's your volume if you don't mind me asking? I got a quote from Nationwide for 1m @ Around $800 for less than 15k. I'm assuming your volume is much more than that and does that number include your inland marine?
Here is a post with a lot of liability insurance info.
the gross is only a small factor ....they use estimated yearly payroll & the # of employees as the main consideration .... beyond that it's scope of work ie spray, tree, construction all cause a higher rate as well as W/C rate
Like I said a good solo friend of mine is $500k for $400
In my case it's 5 full time 2 part time ..... maintanence only .... no install, spray or chain work ... this is not with equip replacement value & commercial vehicle with Allstate is $1200 per year per vehicle
