    Hi all,
I work in a very hilly city with a lot of poor access.
Is the Lawnaire IV as light as a core aerator can get?

    Aerators and hills don't mix.

Classen makes a small 18" aerator too, not sure how the weight compares to the Ryan though.

    Can't get a stander in?

The op lives in New Zealand so his options may be limited.

Cool photo @That Guy Gary. You can see that the two large pines in the center of the photo have actually slipped down the side of the hill. The camera is tilted to the right making the trees appear to be standing vertical, and the rest of the trees to lean left. If you look closely at the pines you can see that at least one of the trunks have curved to the left in an effort to remain verticle. This photo should be in a geology textbook.:)

Actually, the soil has moved or the trees were planted at an angle.
