what kills these things also what kills violet?
good luck with lily of the valley..believe it or not but they are a ground cover. Use perhaps a total vegatation killer on them...but be careful where you spray it.
A PhD biologist friend of mine who is a retired lawncare professional told me that Auburn University had told him to spray with three way herbicides three times a year. ONce in spring and twice in fall. It takes a while to get rid of.
