Lime in the fall.

    it is recommended that lime be applied in the fall. I personally have had expeirience that later is better, but is that true??

    Well, I've found that lime is a huge money maker for businesses, but most don't do soil testing to see if a lawn actually needs lime. If you want to do it right, you offer a soil test and then see if a customer needs it, or you can offer it in the spring or fall and apply it, along with aeration and overseeding.

    The beauty of the internet is you can do a google search and find out about this stuff or use the SEARCH function on this forum. There are a ton of threads on the subject, but it looks like you waited until Feb. and want to start your business this Spring...Good luck...
