I don't know how your paper works, but around here they arrange it alphabetically depending on what the first word of your ad is. If numbers come first, you're okay. If not, I'd start with your name and move the number down the listing.

Here they start with the numbers then they go to letters. I will be the first one in the section out of 10. I was hoping senior discounts, licensed-insured, and the 5th mowing free will grab everyones attention. Since no one has any of these things in their ad. I have to compete against a guy who put in there "most lawns cut for $18".
