Okay I'm looking for a 42" or smaller ZTR. It can be a stand up or sit down model. I have a gate that's 44" to get through.

Goal is to complete the mowing's without the use of a 21" trim mower. These are small to med. lawns.

    Thanks Guys

I have a 40" Toro I bought a few months ago. Most of my yards are small to medium with alot of shrubs and other obstacles to go around. I have been satisfied with this mower. I also have an Exmark 36 inch walk behind that is good for lawns with slopes and ditches.

    Bob-Cat FastCat has a 36" and a 42" model. 21HP Briggs engine or Kawi 19HP.

    Commercial unit with either a 2 year / 2000 hour warranty or 5 year / 500 hour.

Nice little mower will do about 2 acres an hour and pretty comfortable to ride. Plus a lifetime warranty on the deck against cracking / weld failure.

Toro's 300 series has a 40 and 34 inch 7 gauge deck, very stolid mower. The only engine option for both, is a 19 HP Kawasaki.

I say +1 to this, I have the 36 with the Kaw on it and it cuts great, is quick and easy to maneuver....plus you can get one with the mulch kit for under
    $5k new....
