The trailer weights 3,780 pounds. It comes with two 7,000 pounds axles.

Is that good or bad? I'm sure I won't get close to needed the max towing weight....but I guess you never know what the future might hold???

I know what you mean, I would rather buy 1 array of D&B than serveal of some outdated EVs. This is like any other industry, you get what you pay for.

It should be higher than that. 14000lbs axles plus 10% tounge load giving you a total of 15000lbs minus 3780lbs netting a payload of 11620lbs.

Neither are worth a crap if not ran right or is deployed wrong or is wrong for the gig. I know a guy who still uses EV MTL's boxes with old heavy Crown amps that sounds beyond sick :cool2:

But I know what your saying. Personally I prefer my Meyer UPA boxes. :weightlifter: If its anything beyond a ground stack I sub out any rigging and rent

So I tried to call my sales rep today to see if we would talk about dump trailer prices. Waited on hold for 5 minutes, and then someone came on the line and asked who I was waiting for....and they said he was with a customer, so they sent me to his voice mail.

I left a message, and didn't get a call back.

Earlier in the morning, my sale rep sent me an email explaining the quality of their dump trailers....and then he goes into a part on "if I could sell you the trailer for $5000 but your payments are $700 a month you probably wouldn't get the trailer. If you bought the trailer for $8000 but your payments were under $200 a month that would probably be more comfortable than $700 a month."

It sounds like to me two different types of loans. One is 1 year loan and the other is 5 year loan...right?

Still no prices yet!!! So I sent an email asking for prices and list of options.

    I feel like I'm getting the run-a-round!!!

I purchased a 14' load trail from Beck's last week and that went fine. When I got it home I charged the battery and hauled one load of dirt and the battery died. Tried charging it again. Didn't work. Called them twice in the last week. Still have not heard back from them. Good thing I didn't need to use it right away.

Becks in St. John's Michigan has hundreds of different trailers on site. They are excellent trailers, well priced but you can't buy it for advertised price, dock fee etc. added on. Salesmen are very busy when you go in the store and only want to help if you intend to purchase same day, otherwise they are short with you and off to the next customer. Not a bad place if you know what you want. 7 x 12 12 GVW with barn door gates as well as spreader gate, I like mine a lot ,use it all the time.
