 Does anyone knowl if a gear drive 36" 13hp walk behind w/sulky will tote my 310lb rear end without having to go to the scrap yard??? I'll be cutting for about an hour or two four days a week.

Thanx, FatA$$

It'd be close. I'd suggest a used hydro.

You can do it. I would worry more about faster wear on the belts than the engine. 13 horses will pull you.

I've got a 36" Deere gear drive walk behind witha 14 HP kawi on it. I had to walk up some hills (fairly steep inclines) at 220 pds rather than ride the velkey. It was great on the flats though!
