I have a toro ZMASTER and the hydro levers feel alot looser then they used to becouse it is getting more and more hours on it (120 right now) as the levers get looser does that realy mean anything bad? The hydro fluid and filter were always changed when advised to by the manual? Is the loosaning levers anything to worry about? I dont thing so but this is my first ZTR and want to take VERY good care of it!

OK, Check the bolts holding the joysticks. After some use the sticks get wore in and just a little tighten will take up some slack. I'm not familiar with your unit but I have tightened Dixie's, Cub Cadet's, MTD Pro's. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the hydro's.
