Low Voltage Lighting Repair Charging

How do you guys go about charging for repairing lighting fixtures(walkway and driveway fixtures). How much would you charge:
#1. to replace the bulb(s)?
#2. to check and replace the whole fixture?

Also, what would be your steps if someone ask you to fix or replace? What would you check first, second, third, etc.?

For #1 and #2 Time and materials.

Check for voltage at the transformer. Check for voltage at each fixture.
Use a wire tracer to find shorts in the wiring. Evaluate the integrity of the connections.
