    My aching back some days.
    800 mg Ibuprofen days.
    Usually wear back support
When tired or sore back occurs.
    Preventive maintenance.

Other back supporters please, give your experience of protecting your back from injury. Kind/type that helps well when you work? What to look for in quality? Good brands? I've worn wrap around w/ Velcro that worked okay. If ignored too long, bunching under the belly will occur. Maybe suspenders would help?

    Thank you in advance. _BF

I have a recurring sciatic problem so I stay off the Z and watch it when I'm in the trimming position. I use walkbehinds only now.
I usually can feel it when I'm trimming a hedge. I don't use any support, I just really watch what I do. Tony
O yeah, a good Chiropractor can be a real asset.

Same as above but I see a Chiropractor once a week and get a massage every other week. It really does help, also I have a hot tub that I keep at 104 and use it everyday.

    Good Luck Mike
