main blade belt drive for exmark

i have a 52in exmark hydro viking the main blade drive belt keeps falling off then belt is almost new. i adjusted the one pully to tighten the belt but i still comes off. the belt wont fall off as long as you keep the blades going. when you go to turn the blades off the belt would come off. one last thing i have a bagger i got free it came off of a lazer i was wondering how could i modify this bagger to fit on a 52in walk behinde exmark viking hydro. any suggestions would be helpful
