HI Ive decided to start in the maintenance end of the business since the new construction end is so slow im curious if there is an easy formula or table to make sure that im not under or over estimating it the method ive ben using is just what it costs me per hour for my helpers and for vehicle and materials to do the job on a monthly basis plus what i want to pay myself per hour let me know what i can to improve thanx

Don't leave out a profit % for the company (Ex: 10% - 20%). Maybe a premium over the hourly pay to your guys also. Ex: pay $15/hr and bill at $35/hr (just examples). You have to look at ALL your costs to running a crew. Taxes, workmans comp, picking them up, etc....
