Guys I have to sell and could really use some help on the evaluation.. I've been doing this for 13 years, I started with a push mower in the back of a truck and have grown this thing to a nice sized Lawn & Landscape business.

    So here are the numbers.
    $130k in 12-month contracts.
    $5800.00 in summer monthly revenue.
    $25k in repeat Leaf clients.
Contractual Snow Removal revenue (salt already purchased)

    Equipment to include
2006 f350 4x4 quad Cab with dump bed (Snow plow and sand & Salt ready)
    2017 Sag Turf Tiger 2 350hrs
2016 18hp Billy Goat leaf vak
    2016 48” Walker (with Grass catcher) 400hrs
    2016 Boss straight blade Plow
    2016 16’ Landscape Trailer
    2015 52” Toro ZTR 450hrs
    2013 16’ Enclosed Trailer (wrapped and LOGO’ed)
2013 Sand & salt spreader (slides in dump bed)
2012 16' leaf trailer with 55gal fuel tank.
2017 New edgers, Weedeaters, Hedge trimmers & blowers
Plenty of push mowers, Blowers & hand tools.

Soo I really need to sell this thing. I'm not really to concerned about banking but I would like to take care of my home loan. I have no idea what a lawn business should sell for

I can't really help you price out your business. You may want to contact a business broker and let them sell it for you. Best of luck selling the business and I hope your health improves soon,
