Making it legit in NJ!!!!!!

    Will just be doing mowing and spring and fall cleanups this year, but was curious if i need any licensing for this work. I am legal with insurance, and paying taxes, but was curious as to any licensing or anything i am missing. If it helps, i am in Ocean County. Thanks

    I know of no licensing requirement here in NJ for mowing and/or cleanups. Call the County Clerk to be sure...

    Actually there are townships in Nj that require "permits". Marlboro is one
    in monmouth county. I think you are safe in Ocean.
