You can get the names of new homeowners in your area from your county records office. Ours charges $75 for up to 1500 names and $.05 for each additional name. We can choose areas/neighborhoods, market value of home, etc. Most importantly, mail out marketing pieces within the month of settlement, before they go to the yellow pages!

We have that here too, but seems like a waste to me. Have to pay for envelope, paper, stamp, your time. And you get lots of junk mail after you buy, and many people in fl that buy a house dont evan live there. And what about the guy that cut it before, the other 20 lawn services that they see driving by, or maybe they do it themselves. Besides you cant give an estimate without seeing the property. I just thought it was a waste of money, but it wont work if you dont try it, good luck with it. I know i have had excellent results with things others have said never work.
