I've been in the business for about 8 years now and have been doing installations and maintenance. We have recently moved to an area north of Dallas and dropped most of our maintenance clients because of the travel and traffic constraints. In this new area that we are in, we are pretty much starting over or it feels like it. My question is, if maintenance isn't a large part of your client base, how do you market yourself for installations? What other targets are there besides advertising directly to the existing homeowner? Builders, new construction? I'm also being licensed in irrigation and hoping that will offer more opportunities. Any help? Thanks.
