I use craigslist quite offen. i have gotten a few jobs this way, two being full service accounts and snow removal in the winter time. I'd have to say it's a good way to advertise considering its free and only takes a few minutes, but the down side is be prepared for spam emails out the A**! I roughly get 10 emails a day that are spam. Another thing is your competing with all the lowballers that will "mow any lawn for $15". The only advise i can give you is make your ad better than the rest. When someone reads your ad make them WANT your services. Thats where your marketing skills come in.
