I hate that about still water, it gets stagnate and stinks.
Slowly I turned. Step by step. Inch by inch.
They already know him from Buzzards Bay to P Town and especially P Town
...... ass slappin' cappy?
Waitresses know and fear him in seven states.
Wow man thanks!..
Real nice of you to say..Sadly enough I can only go as far as my superior will let me..Can't say much more than that on a public forum.
I was just in Ptown the other day... Got some real great tips there
going to post some pics now. I will greatly appreciate any different ideas or installation suggestions at anytime.. Love this place.... You are all very helpful..I continue to learn everyday..Hopefully I get a bump up hourly.
Its been a while..
glad this isn't here anymore
Started a new garden install on an existing property.
The H/O demanded a different valve for each garden box.
Had to run the trencher on the 410.. sometimes I wonder why we keep on..and on these days I'm glad we have it..There is nothing but hard compact blue clay about 6 inches down.
On days like these I wish I was infront of the fire...but then I realize I have no money in the bank.
On a light commercial place we have they used a directional digger to get a 2 inch poly sleeve into about 15-20 tree pits.
As soon as it got warm enough I turned on the main..2 horse well 1.5'' mainline in pvc... Looks like the directional digger burned the company who brought him there to do the work.
Previous "installer" decided to stack 1.5 pvc mainline on top, 2 poly pipes underneath, a cluster of 14 Ga wire and under that he made sure to use netafim 12 inch on center drip....I suppose the ram didn't make it to the job that day
I'm in the midst of making my 4 90's or "plumbers fix" repair... Thanks Devin and Jim for the helpful words of wisdom!'
This is a group of RB's 1 inch with a sch 80 toe nipple attaching them to the main..Reason Why I'm diggin them up is when the slur and dirt/rocks got in the mainline from the directional diggers it jammed me up downstream so I had to flush 8-10 valves..The vacuum came in handy here.. The repair bill was pretty high for all the labor involved with this damaged mainline. Previous installers "work". Not to badmouth him.. The wiring was solid but he could of used a couple more fittings and or dug himself a wider trench to work in...
eh...keeps me busy.
More damage buy the directional digger's outriggers.. about a 12''-16'' down he went through my drip feed....Under the sidewalk .
Well more mainline drama .. Rocks dirt and slur got jammed up in the drip valves by the the Fountain..Sadly enough it was in a well established bed with a pretty Londonplanetree.. took all morning to expose this VB kind of deep.
Here across the street the 2'' mainline was installed under an Austrian Pine...
Sadly enough the Pine tree fell over in a recent storm. The Main was destroyed so we just went around in in the woods....Entire day project re-routing diggin and testing this b!tch in the pouring rain.
Action shot of the new guy
First rule the new guy learned is keep the ends of the PVC clean and out of the sand!!!! oh well...He knows now
I don't work with the big pvc often, so I might of over thrustblocked or improperly thrust blocked the line.
Took dam near 30 feet of pvc to get the mother back on track.
used a ton of fittings..but didn't have much choice as we were in the woods with established plant life all around...I'm sure you all could of done it in less in half the time, but I assure you all there was no stress on the repair.
I get sent to a turn on and "might" have to move a manifold a few feet.lol which turned into building 2 zones jumping a wire blah blah blah done at 6 pm.
When I made the repair rest assure you all the pipes were not stacked but side by side in this ditch with the wire underneath it all...
Gotta have the boot dryers!
adding a feed for some drip
I really like this fencing..The guy took driftwood to a fence shop and had the pieces drilled to make this neat fence.
Making some better storage for my truck
I really enjoy creating new space in my truck....less clutter..
All of this stuff was jammed in this compartment..once i moved some stuff around made some new space
Now I created a place for the valves we service..No I'm not a carpenter, but yes it will last and make me a happy service tech..
and then I just clutter it again..
long post, long day working on the truck...no rest for the wicked...
I promise not to get mad at Mike when he trashes my everything or anything..
have a great night..
Looks like Marion mass.
