Anyone know of an inexpensive source for this part?
This is a tricky one, Hineline.
I had to get rid of a good running 5 horse Briggs when the shroud failed and the holes for the bolts pulled out. Keep looking for help at various small engine and motorcycle shops. someone will be able to weld it or come up with a parts engine that has a spare shroud . I hope.
We are going to "try" to repair it for now. Permagreen has one but I think the price is a joke like any factory replacement parts from a dealer. I just want to find someone with a blown motor and buy the top off it.
