Saw the first pic and thought "yea, I like to play in the mud too, but try not to do it in peoples lawns". Then I saw the rest of the pics, nice work! And I gotta agree though, now is NOT the best time for doing things like that. The soil temp has to be 50-55 for seed to germinate, and that usually happens in March or April. I'd imagine May for you. Assuming all the seed don't get eaten by birds or blown away, maybe 2/3rds of it will come up eventually.
