What is your minimum charge for cutting lawns? Any guys out there who cut 5,000 sq ft lawns or less for $35? I understand it all depends on your overhead and such, just trying to get an idea of what the competition out there is like. Thanks

$20. They must take under 15 minutes from getting out of the truck to getting in the truck. These are lawns under 1500 square feet.

Mine is $30. These are very very rare. As in i only have 3 of them. I only do 62 lawns / week though.
Typically my smallest lawns are 35. My average is $56. Lowest is $25 (next door neighbor and good friend). My highest is $235. I think $35 is a good minimum. And $40 is good for a typical lawn. I do a lot of lawns for $150/mo which comes to 37.50 during growing season and $50 If I only mow 3 times

Why have a minimum, and turn down business. I think a lot of guys wouldn't come off couch for less than they make on regular job. I did a lot of $5 trim jobs when in area.
