One simple question, which piece of equipment makes you the most money.

I can see where you can't do without that.

    The Vans.

Without mobility, there is no money.

It amazes me that landscaping companies still make do without them. It greatly increased efficiency and the things are built so solid that they don't really devalue much. Im extremely happy with my PJ 7x12(14K) and 7x16(16K).

I laugh when i see crews unloading debris by hand, our landfill is very busy because of the amount of construction around here. I can get in and out in 15 minutes most of the companies around here do have dump trailers, but those that don't will spend an hour with 2 guys unloading.

Also it makes material delivery much cleaner, and more efficient.

My cell phone! Or more directly my reputation. My reputation is attached to my number and is what brings me business. I have a website but it hasn't generated a phone call in months but I'm booked up till mid December as of right now.

A good employee. Sort of equipment. All my equipment just sits there without one.

I can see this question went way over everyones head, and to think, I thought it was a simple one.
