I'm looking for some sort of software or program where I can create email lists from. Looking at gopher, lawn pro, groundskeeper etc. Would like to be able to send out emails to customers reminding them of services we do or specials we may be running. Would be nice if the templates were already made up and I can just select which one I want to send. If you know of anything like this please let me know.

I don't think Lawnpro can do that. Mass emailing that is. The newest version (LP4) may, but I'm not sure. This may at least help to narrow your search.

If you're just looking for email services, check out Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. Just get your contacts into a spreadsheet and then you can upload them from there. They have tons of pre-made templates, so you just have to manage your contact list and enter your content.

just use your email provider. my email account is set up with go daddy. Simply input your clients email addresses, then just create an email group or email list. We have a general mail box info @ companyname.com which is probably where i would run it out of, but you dont need any special program

if your looking for something to make like a monthly flyer or something, then just use like publisher or something.

    Hope this helps

Gotta be careful, if you're sending to large groups, and doing it frequently, your domain (blahblah@randomlawncarecompany.com) might get blacklisted, or shunted into spam.

legally all mass emails must contain a method and directions for the customer to opt out of receiving the mass emails. Either a link at the botom or you can provide directions telling the customers to simply reply back to the email with a subject like stop emails. There are actually very heavy fines that can be imposed for mass emails if a convenient manner to discontinue receiving them is not provided. And this is federal law not state

    Yup, it's the CAN-SPAM act.
Details here, if you can't sleep.
