Has anyone done any research on Mosquito traps?? Anything seem to be half way legitimate??
I have seen them used here in Charlotte just to take a count of population in a certain area. It seems to me it woud draw them to your location. Also I havent seen the traps coming up with many at all. Iget more on my arms in a minute than I have seen in the traps after 2 hours.
I dont know about those $300.00 jobs that use propain gas but they better work for that much money!
I have a customer that uses a $500 dollar model. It's always got them inside of it. I would buy one if they were such a problem and nothing else could be done. If his neighbors did a little more around their lawn, he'd have less of them to deal with.
Yea, thats the biggest problem is standing water... Most types of mosquitos only travel a short distance to find food and breed. There is one they said that travels up to 14 miles.
