I am looking for a new 48 WB hydro for a new customer next year. I have a scag ztr and a ferris ztr but this lawn is hilly, always damp, has quite a few rocks and there are 7 sections of lawn plus it will be picked up. Both ztr mowers are heavy and may leave skid marks in the turns, especially the ferris. The scag has the best traction but I feel I can only cut a small portion of the lawn with any ztr. I am leaning toward the scag with the best deck available. This job will take me approximately 2.5 hours and is all encompassing as I have the irrigation system, fertilizing, trimming and clean ups, both fall and spring. What are the suggestions? I appreciate your help.
