First, I am not in the commercial lawncare business. I do however prefer commercial grade equipment. Better investment as far as I am concerned. I have a 1.5 acre lawn with a bank in the front. Safety on the bank is my biggest concern then speed and cut.

Gonna Buy a new mower been looking at the following:
    Toro Z500 52" Kohler @ $6650 +/-
    Toro Z100 52" Kohler 18HP @ $5500 +/-
    Cub Cadet M48 48" Honda 20HP @ 6250 +/-

    Suggestions ??

depending on slope of that hill, u better demo a hustler (only mower out there that isnt required to have the ROPS), due to the fact it has an extremely low center of gravity:waving:

Maybe you should be looking at a walk behind if the hill is of concern to you?

Get a Bob-Cat!!! I have a Bob-Cat, 48", belt drive, w/ 15 HP Kawasaki engine and I love it!!! The Bob-Cat's cut is far better than that of Toro, eXmark, Scag, and Ferris. I know this because, I demoed all of the above brands. Bob-Cat mower's are built like tanks! A Bob-Cat will NOT let you down!!!!!!!!!!
