Wanted to find out what the pro's thought about this. I am currently in start up mode researching equipment in such. I on have a $5000.00 budget for Mower or mowers here are my chooses let me know what you think.
    1. Buy a cheaper 36' walkbehind like a redhawk or something semilair and try to pick up a used Zero Turn.
    2. Buy just a nice walkbehind with a sulky.
    3. Buy a cheaper Zero Turn new such as a Gravely.

Keep in mind that some of my yards will have a 40'inch gate that will not fit large mowers. Tell me what you think.

get like a 52" walkbehind. you can pick a real nice used one up around 2,500 to 3,000. and i would recommend the toro/t-bar. or the exmark/ECS. for the 52".
then go get a cheap used 36" walkbehind for the gates! u can get one of those for like 1200 or less if you shop smart.

but the 52" is great for small and acre yards. do what you want.

    thanks. hope i could help.
