Tomorrow I'm going to look at a three and a half acre mowing job for next year. Be my biggest one yet I was thinking $100 each time. What do you guys think

    How much trimming?
How long will it take with your equipment?
    How much edging and blowing?

Doesn't sound unreasonable I'm not sure what the going rate is in your area but if it's less it's probably being done with a larger mower
    What size are you running?

That is not a bad size everyone here will tell you need a 60" +
Imo it's not bad to have a mix of different sized properties it's better if there in a tight route

At some point if it's no gates and all larger properties you'll have to assess if you want large properties the bigger the mower is usually faster equals more $ per hourThumbs Up

A very wise man told me decide what you want to do and don't want to do
And just concentrate on what you want and do wellThumbs Up

Is this weekly or biweekly? One of my accounts about that same size (3.6 acres) and we charge $200 for biweekly mowing. No trimming as it is a vacant lot they are building on eventually. It takes one guy between hour and a half to two hours. Two guys can get it done in less than an hour. This is cutting at 4" with 52" Wright Standers, I'm sure guys on here with bigger ZTR's could take laps on those times.

Doesn't seem it should take that long with a 54" mower. What kind of mower?
