On principle, don't do it. walmart is just a bad experience all the way around.

I have no personal experience, but think that the individual store manager has some, or perhaps all, control over things like mowing contracts. Our local store, I was told, no longer hires a service, but has an employee cut it with a mower out of inventory which they clearance price at the end of the season, and you can pretty well tell this when you drive by. :) I was told the manager won't spend the money for a mowing service.

Also, again not from experience, but what I've been told, that WM is notorious for taking forever to pay bills. I've heard they run 90 days behind, but have no proof of this.

All that said, if you can get a decent price, and don't mind waiting for the first check, then go for it. Very few accounts are problem free.

As a rule, Wal-Mart negotiates long terms for their contracts. It really doesn't matter if you're the lawn guy or Sony. They do it because they can. You will get your money, but you'll wait. Not to mention the headaches dealing with such a large property with such a large amount of traffic.

    This is true.
Had a friend who serviced their prepaid accounts for phone cards via AT&T.
They pushed AT&T around simply because they could.

There is a reason they are called "The Death Star" of retail.

Would it be a property management company that you would deal with or Wally World themselves? I would think that most of the time the property is leased. I also heard sometimes that the largest tenant pays the bill.
