Hey howdy hey, fellow mowers! My name's Cody, I've been in the business for more than 6 years (ever since I was 10 years old), and I'm a Christian. I'm ready to expand my business from a just-for-fun part-time job to full time operation. Is there anyone in my area that can give me some tips?

Lookin' forward to meetin' some new friends!

    ~Cody :)

Anyone have a sample (blank bid sheet) that anyone uses for commercial lawn care? I'm not looking for a template, just curious how you guys make your proposals. I've mostly done residential work up to this point but more and more commercial contacts are coming my way so I want to make sure my paperwork is up to par. Just curious how you guys format your bids, contracts etc..

Yea I have everything in order. CPA, GL insurance, commercial auto, DBA, etc.. I just need worker's comp once I hire people and possibly an LLC down the road although DBA will be good for a while. I'm working on my applicators license and then that will be taken care of as well. Trying to set myself up for success and less headaches
