I have a 2000 Silverado ext. cab shortbed. Does anyone know how many yards of mulch I can hold? I heard it is about 2, but I would like to just be sure.

    Thanks,
    Steve

The most I ever put in my '89 Chevy short bed was 2 yards, and that was ALL it could hold.

2 yards in my short bed silverado. I don't haul it in the bed of the truck anymore. I just use my trailer.

I think you could a little over two yards in it it was spead throughout the whole box. ie. all the way in the corners and up to the tailgate.

you can get 3 yards in if the box is full and it's mounded halfway up the rear window.
