I had never installed large mulch jobs until this season (usually a yard or two of material at most - most people want rock with installs). Did a 20 yard install job a couple weeks ago, and a 12 yard install last week, and just picked up a 7 yard job for next week. All of these houses are nice and are right next door to each other.

    1) Goes to show, you do a good job and offer friendly service to one person, they talk to their friends. Word of mouth lives.

    2) This income helps take the sting out of not doing much mowing now, due to the drought.

    3) I am learning how to estimate mulch amt needed to a decent accuracy, after coming up short on the first job, and having too much on the 2nd. 3rd ought to be a charm.

Congratulations, it is good work to have and practice estimating besides... I agree that friendly service is as important as good work... :)
