Your per hour labor rate times the amount of time you think it will take to accomplish the task.

    As much as you want.
I like giving prices that end in 5. Like $785 or $35.

What's your hourly rate? How long will it take you to complete?

Is turning it really going to restore the color. My experience has always been that the mulch underneath isn't much better than what's on top.

I charge about 1/3 of what you would charge to install new mulch. If you arr $75/yd install for new mulch charge $25 to 'turn' for that same area. Probably takes 10 min to turn one yard.

Charge the same price you would ugly less the actual cost of mulch.
I.e. If you normally charge 100 per yard and your cost for the mulch is 25 charge them 75.
