Can anyone let me know how well the following mowers can mulch?

I want something that can handle reasonably wet grass. Clearly I don't expect to be able to mulch knee high sodden grass, but I would like to be able to do my regulars (once every two weeks) without a catcher, and without tell tale clumps.

    JD Z 757 60" deck
    Hustler Z or Super Z 60" deck
    JD x595 62" deck

If your mulching wet grass your mower deck will load up and then it will dump it and you'll have a pile to clean up. I mulch wet grass all the time, the deeper the deck the more you can mow before it dumps it. But then you have to clean the under side of the deck between jobs and is a hassle. If you can side discharging is better under wet conditions. I use Exmark Lazer Z and 52" Grasshopper . One is set up to mulch the other to side discharge when things are to wet to mulch.

I have to agree, it is best to just side discharge. I know at least for me when I side discharge that it really mulches it up.
